NIC speed within VM

Was wondering why the vmnic0 was showing 10Gbps. It’s because it’s set to auto-negotiate When I checked the NIC Adapter inside the VM (Windows Server 2016), it’s set for Ethernet 1GB. Looks like it’s OK for now.
