Extra Class License attained

Recently passed the final exam for Amateur Radio — Extra Class.

Now, I’m planning on creating various entries that cover electronics theory, including a comprehensive review of the three license elements — Technician, General and Extra.

Eventually, I’ll understand CMS/CSS and will be able to re-arrange the various posts into pull-down categories. Also considering using the FreeMind MapMapping Plug-in to make communication easier about content with multiple associations.

Playing with different themes

What’s fun with WordPress is the ability to try out different themes.

You go into Admin, Appearance, and click on “Add New Themes”.

Mati Fuller recommends an interesting theme called Techozoic Fluid by Jeremy Clark.

I’m going to stick with this one for the moment.

Making your Contact Info Private

I just realized via whois.net that my info was public.

Was an easy fix by logging into my ISP and making the contact info private for my various domain names.

This then makes the contact info your ISP name and address.
